Benefits of the Summer peach salad!

I love peaches.  My kids love peaches!  So figuring out how to incorporate peaches into our lunch and dinner menu is fun and easy.  Last week I posted a peach summer salad.  Today I want to share with you some of the benefits of the summer peach salad.

Here are the enormous benefits you’ll get from this salad as per the ingredients.

Peach: Peaches have the following benefits

  • It has tons of nutrients and antioxidants
  • Helps indigestion
  • Improve your heart’s health
  • Protect your skin
  • Good for your eye-sight
  • Improves your bones and teeth as well

Walnut: Rich in antioxidants, high in omega 3, helps in decreasing inflammation, promotes a healthy gut.

Chickpeas: Rich in plant-based protein, may benefit digestion, supports blood sugar control.

Spinach: I love eating spinach. They’re super healthy and may improve eye health and blood pressure.

Beets: Beets are a source of so many vital nutrients. It may help fight inflammation, improves digestion, improves blood flow, works as a catalyst for weight loss and the list goes on.
