- 1 /2 inch Turmeric
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut water
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 cup Chopped kale/spinach
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 10 Mint leaves
- 1 medium apple
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

- 1/2 tbsp Flaxseed
