  • 1 /2 inch Turmeric
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Chopped kale/spinach
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Option

  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1/2 tbsp Chia seed
