Recipe for Turmeric shot

If you've been following me, you must know how obsessed I am with turmeric and turmeric related. I have tons of recipes on how I use turmeric in my recipes such as oatmeal, smoothies, soup, pickles, so definitely, make sure to check them out! But today, I will share my absolute FAVORITE recipe for turmeric shot, which is my go-to drink in the morning!

- 1/2 cup Cut into pieces turmeric
- 1/2 cup Peel and cut Ginger
- 2 Lemon (Juice)
- 1 cup Coconut water
- 8 Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Add everything into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth (with no chunks).
After you blend everything smoothly, now use a cheesecloth or a strainer or paper towel to strain everything out. If you're using a juicer you don't need to do that. just juice the turmeric and ginger and garlic and then throw the juice into the blender and blend.
Now pour the juice into the mason jar and take a shot every day!
