  • 1 handful Spinach/kale
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 inch Fresh Turmeric / Turmeric powder
  • 6 Walnuts (soaked)
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds
