Routine for Breakfast

Mornings can be pretty chaotic in my household. As soon as my 3 little ones wake up, they’re like little zombies; slowly making their way out of their room and growling for food. Because mornings can be so crazy, I usually like to prepare ahead of time and plan out my meals every Sunday. This gives me the best chance to have breakfast ready by the time they finish brushing their teeth! Today I am sharing with you my favorite healthy kids breakfast ideas!

My Sunday routine typically consists of planning out each breakfast, creating a list, and heading to the grocery store to buy everything on that list. I typically like to make my kids something healthy, filling, and nutritious – meaning no sugary cereal or muffins! Instead opting for healthier choices that include healthy fats, protein and fiber – like a fresh eggs, avocados, oats, and smoked salmon to name a few. As moms, we all understand the importance of breakfast but getting everything ready on time for school (or zoom school) can be challenging. So here’s a few easy healthy kids breakfast ideas to get the family fueled up in the morning!

Have a great week everyone!
